1、 Definition of PVC transparent roll material

PVC transparent roll is a soft, highly transparent, and rollable plastic film/sheet made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, with plasticizers, stabilizers, and other additives added through rolling or extrusion processes. The common thickness is 1-10mm, and the width can be customized according to needs (such as 1m, 1.5m, etc.), with excellent transparency and plasticity.

2、 Core characteristics of PVC transparent roll material

1. High transparency

-The transmittance can reach 85%~92%, which is close to the clarity of glass, but lighter and safer than glass.

2. Flexible and resistant to bending

-The plasticizer content is relatively high, and it can be bent and curled freely without easy breakage, making it suitable for dynamic packaging or covering applications.

3. Waterproof and moisture-proof

-Completely non absorbent, suitable for humid environments such as greenhouses, waterproof covers, etc.

4. Chemical corrosion resistance

-Acid, alkali, and salt solutions, but not resistant to organic solvents such as ketones and esters (such as acetone and banana water).

5. Workability

-Capable of heat sealing, high-frequency welding, cutting, printing, and flexible processing methods.

6. Optional Functionality

-UV resistant type: Adding UV absorbers to extend outdoor service life.

-Anti static type: used for packaging electronic components to prevent static electricity from adsorbing dust.

-Flame retardant type: Complies with UL94 VTM-0 or B1 level flame retardant standards, suitable for places with fire protection requirements.
